Lions Camp Duckadang  is a combined project of Districts Q 1,3 & 4 , opened in 1974.

This camp sits on a magnificent 1.5 hectare, above the upper reaches of the Brisbane River. Just 15 minutes drive  north of the small township of Linville.

Lions Camp Duckadang offers community, school & social groups facilities to enjoy a relaxing time together. There are opportunities to learn new skills, broaden experiences within a natural environment, challenge yourself, work together as a team and escape the everyday.

Bunk style accommodation for up to 90 people in three dormitory blocks

People with disabilities catered for with modern amenities in each dormitory

Self-contained house (Rubie House) accommodates up to 8 people (family group) in two bedrooms

Services (power & water) for eight caravans & also additional camping sites -  on-line booking

Spacious dining hall with professional catering from a large commercial kitchen

Large rotunda contains a large gas BBQ and outdoor seating

Spacious meeting/function hall with  Audio Visual equipment

Indoor recreational facilities including table tennis, air hockey, fussball, billiards and indoor lawn bowls - located under our hall

9 hole mini golf course                 canoeing on the Brisbane River

Lions members are always welcome to visit. Even for just for a hour or two just to look around.  Also you can stay during mid week to help with site maintenance.

Open Day 2020   - Saturday 21 Nov

Lions Camp Duckadang Board members are wishing to promote our facilities to you. We are planning an Open day on 21 November for our Lions members to experience our facilities.

We (Board) extends an invitation for you to consider bringing a few of your children/grandchildren with you. Why not road test our many facilities -  basketball, climbing tower, low ropes, jumping castle, ping pong, putt putt, see saw, swimming pool, tennis, water sports & zip line. At night observe the heavens using our refractive telescope.
